Worship and Technology Ministers Forum
Bringing Worship Leaders and Techs Together
WORSHIP & TECHNOLOGY MINISTERS (WTM)
We have always faced challenges of bringing in the musicians, singers, instrumentalist into our Church Technical Seminars, and yet the technical volunteer in church more or less can not function or quantify his achievement without those sisters in service.
So it has been a long-standing call by the tech and the desire of the worship collogues (leaders/instrumentalist) for a common platform of understanding, communicating and learning for both departments.
Stakeholders in these ministries piloted by CTM coordinators have arrived at the launching of the WORSHIP & TECHNOLOGY MINISTERS (WTM) community. This is now a general call for both ministries to come together on a single platform of learning and sharing of knowledge. We are working to make the WTM website an interactive site where every member will have opportunity to post questions and comment for the general lobby. Watch out also for meetings, seminars and boot camps.
WAA! 2010 – WORSHIP AFFAIRS AFRICA
Poverty, HIV/AIDS, political instability and many other societal norms have been mighty tools in the devil's hands:
- To fight the spread of gospel of our Lord
- Attack the faith of the believers
- Cause depression in millions of lives and reduce the number of TRUE WORSHIPERS in the churches as well as debarring induction of fresh talents into the worship community.
THE CHURCH TECHNICAL MINISTERS NETWORK in partnership with INT’L WORSHIP LEADERS FORUM (IWLR) and other local country Christian Organization, churches and or schools, private institutions and individual present the WAA Project.
WAA 2010 is a unique, power-packed and eventful worship conference designed to impact, empower, heal and rejuvenate the African worship community. We hope to build worship/empowerment structures across the continent with potentials of healing effects of hurts inflicted on the worship community and the entire body of Christ by societal norms. It’s a conference to learn how to worship. A place to receive impartation for acceptable true and worship.
WAA LEADERSHIP COORDINATORS
WAA is designed to raise fresh worship leaders, equip and commission them into the worship ministry through the IWLF Leadership system. WAA seeks to discover and promote useful talents from songwriters, lighting technicians, stage managers, soloists, instrumentalists, sound techs, to dancers and dramatic actors–-whatever worship talent you have!
WAA calls on all worship role players across African and the globe to join in this unique project. We deploy the synergy of corporate worship events, trainings, concerts, prayers and talents shows to make impact in the African social and Christian (Church) community.
INT’L WORSHIP LEADERS FORUM is commencing Africa-wide WORSHIP & WORSHIP TECHNOLOGY BOOTCAMPS and WCWL will be sponsored to travel across African countries as conference/seminar/booth camp speakers or to supervise local/country WAA auditions against finals in South Africa in December 2010.
